Getting your new puppy used to coming into the vets and to socialise with both people and other dogs is an important aspect of their training and growing up.
Here at the Vale Veterinary Group we offer an opportunity for your puppy to have a positive experience of visiting the veterinary surgery, interacting with members of staff and allowing socialisation between different breeds and people in a safe and secure environment.
All puppies attending will have had their primary vaccinations and a thorough check over with one of our vets. All floors will have been cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. The party will begin with a member of staff giving you a tour of the Practice to give the pups time to get used to being here.
During the party, the nursing team will discuss how to check your puppy from nose to tail, dental hygiene and any other relevant topics for the time of year. The puppies will also have a chance to play together and socialise.
The nurses will be able to answer all sorts of general questions on puppy care, but if you want to discuss an issue in detail, feel free to book a personal appointment with the nurses at your convenience.
