Veterinary Surgeon Kidderminster Branch

An opportunity is available for a small animal vet to join our long established, independent progressive practice that believes wholeheartedly in clinical freedom, case continuity and first class client care. You will part of a clinical team of 8 vets & 15 nurses, new or recent graduates will receive full support from our team of skilled, experienced, friendly vets and RVN’s.

We pride ourselves in being a friendly, well-equipped, supportive practice with a strong team ethic and feel that we can offer the opportunity for growth and development to the right candidate. Vets work a 4 day week Mon-Fri.

In order to enhance our clinical offerings to our clients, we have a visiting ophthalmology certificate holder, plus a physiotherapist and behaviourist. Please contact the surgery for more information or an informal chat with Lisa or Richard on 01562 822692.

Registered Veterinary Nurse

Independent Practice

1:7 weekends

Kidderminster and Stourport

RVN required with a passion for excellence for our SA, independent practice, where we pride ourselves on our high clinical standards, opportunities for staff development, and the friendly, and personal service offered to our clients. We also pride ourselves on offering our own OOH service.

You will be joining a clinical team of 8 Vets and 13 RVNs and 2 SVNs.

You will be actively involved in all aspects of nursing, including Schedule 3 work, with opportunity to develop areas of interest to you. Only occasional reception duties may be required as we have a dedicated client care team. An interest in clinical coaching would be beneficial, however not compulsory.

1:7 weekends. Participation in the rota for evening  inpatient checks is at approximately 1 in 14 , which is paid in addition to the annual salary. Benefits include generous CPD allowance, staff discount, pension scheme, and the opportunity to be involved in developing the practice (as well as the regular cake days, and social events!). Salary commensurate with experience.
