Lisa graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1989 and has worked at the Vale Veterinary Group since then. Lisa became a partner in the practice in 1997 and now has over twenty seven years experience in small animal practice. She has a particular interest in medicine especially the diagnosis and treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease in cats.

Lauren graduated from the University of Bristol Vet School in July 2014 and spent some time as a small animal vet in the North West, before joining Vale Veterinary Group in September 2014. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys following rugby union and looking after her three Maine Coon cats.

Mariline graduated from the University Of Lisbon in 2016. After completing a six month internship in Lincolnshire , Mariline decided to move to the UK permanently where she can fulfil her career dreams. Since a young child Mariline has always been a dog person until she rescued her first cat! Now she has five cats who all adopted her! In her spare time Mariline likes to be surrounded by friends but also likes quiet moments where she has the chance to read.

"Lorraine graduated from the University of Madrid in July 2016. After a six months internship in a busy referral hospital near Liverpool and a period of volunteering at the PDSA, she joined the Vale Veterinary Group in April 2017. Lorraine enjoys all aspects of small animal practice but is particularly interested in diagnostic imaging. Outside of work, she loves horse riding and traveling".

Ellie graduated from the University of Bristol in July 2017 and joined the team having spent several weeks here as a student during her final year. Outside of work she enjoys socialising with friends and playing with her two naughty rescue cats Ferris & Marty. Ellie is also involved with the BSAVA (British Small Animal Veterinary Association) through the West Midlands committee, helping to organise continuing education talks for vets locally.

Emma joined the practice in September 2009 as a kennel maid at our Stourport practice; in October 2010 started her veterinary nurse training at our Kidderminster practice qualifying in January 2014. After travelling and gaining valuable experience working in Australia during 2015, has returned to Vales where it all began, working at both practices.

Vicky completed her degree in Veterinary Nursing at Hartpury College and became a qualified RVN in 2010. Since then Vicky has gained experience at several practices including an orthopaedic referral practice in Worcester. Vicky is also one of our clinical coaches for our student nurses and enjoys the teaching aspect of her job as well as the nursing side.

Carly qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2004 after completing a degree in veterinary nursing at Hartpury college. She has worked in small animal practice ever since. Her interests include surgical and theatre nursing. She spent 9 years working in an orthopaedic referral practice and enjoys nursing orthopaedic cases.

Gemma graduated from Harper Adams University in 2014 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Veterinary Nursing and Practice Management. Since then she has worked in several practices across the West Midlands, as either a locum nurse or permanent staff member, and had a turn at teaching veterinary nursing at university before returning to full time veterinary practice. Gemma loves all aspects of veterinary nursing, but is especially enthusiastic about emergency and critical care nursing and dental care. Gemma recently adopted a stray kitten, who keeps her busy with his mischievous behaviour. In her spare time, she enjoys baking cakes and taking walks with the family dog.

Sophie joined the Vale Veterinary Group in January 2014 after qualifying in 2012 with a Foundation Degree in Veterinary Nursing. Her passion lies in Critical Care and Feline Friendly nursing, fortunately two areas in which she works daily. Sophie currently live with her partner Andy and 9 year old tabby and white rescue cat “Ozzy Prince of Darkness” or Oz for short. Sophie is a baking enthusiast and in her spare time makes decorated cupcakes and occasion cakes. Sophie is also a bit of an adrenaline junkie and spends many weekends riding roller coasters! Sophie is currently on maternity leave.

Megan joined the practice in 2012 as a student veterinary nurse after spending time here on work experience. Megan enjoys all aspects of practice life and qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in April 2016. At home Megan is usually found trying to keep up with her four crazy Cocker Spaniels and a Pointer. Meg enjoys showing her dogs and most weekends attends high level competitions.

Trina started working at the practice in October 2013 and studied Veterinary Nursing at Pershore College qualifying in January 2017. Trina has three dogs, chickens, a goat, 3 miniature Shetland ponies and two horses called Shaun and Dax who take up most of her free time. Trina enjoys horse riding and spend most of her weekends competing in show jumping competitions.

Charlotte started working for Vale Veterinary Group as a kennel assistant after completing 4 weeks work experience and then went on to enrol as a Student Veterinary Nurse. Charlotte loves working with animals and enjoys going home to a mad house full of pets, including a 13 year old Australian Kelpie, a crazy 3 year Jack Russell cross, a noisy cockatiel and a very naught rabbit that likes to escape.

Emma joined the practice in April 2017 as an Animal Nursing Assistant . In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, horse riding and socialising with friends. At home she has a very energetic springer named Branston, along with two cats Matilda and Boots.

After spending 20 years working for and with the NHS I moved from human care to that of animals and joined the practice as Practice Manager in 2009. Outside work my time is predominately taken up with Tachie & Blaney, my very active Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever’s that I try to tire out with agility, flyball and long walks.

After working for HSBC Bank for many years, Jacqui changed career in 2004, and has worked in both the Kidderminster and Stourport surgeries. Jacqui is now Head Of Administration at the Kidderminster surgery and returned to accounts and numbers with the bonus of her love for animals. Any spare time is spent with family and two dogs in her touring caravan. Finalist in the 2013 Pet Plan Support Staff Of The Year Awards

Julie has worked at the practice since January 2003 and very much enjoys her work here. Julie lives in Storport with her partner and his cat maverick.She has a dog "with attitude" Princess Connie who came home with Julie from the practice after only eight weeks of her joining! Amazingly Connie and Maverick get on very well together.

Mandy moved from Halesowen to Kidderminster in 2005 and joined the practice in 2008 as a receptionist. mandy lives with her husband and daughter and has four cats and a guinea pig. Mandy enjoys working in her allotment in her spare time.

Having previously worked at our Stourport practice until 2010, I returned to Vale Vets in July 2014 mainly based at Kidderminster practice as a receptionist. At home I have two Kune Kune pigs called Rhubarb and Custard, chickens, a rabbit called Tetley and a young Boxer dog called Jax so with the rest of my spare time I enjoy walking, swimming and going to the cinema.

Glenda has worked at the practice for over ten years. Glenda loves all animals has three cats of her own Lily Poppy and Daisy.
